Radiant Heat Exchanger
Location
Section titled “Location”Piping to the hydronic coil from the Pod must be < 100 ft in equivalent length, with < 35 ft of lift.
Configuration

- Ensure the heat exchanger is plumbed in a counterflow direction. The hot water flowing in from the potable plumbing loop will be on the same end of the heat exchanger as the hot water flowing out of the heat exchanger into the radiant floor loop.
- The heat exchanger can be installed vertically or horizontally
